PCC’s team has extensive experience in a wide variety of projects, which include but are not limited to installation of underground utilities, dewatering, shoring, unsuitable excavation, boring and jacking roadways and waterways. PCC has experience in both private and public works commercial and residential developments.
PCC provides a wide variety of services performing foundation excavation as well as complete site development including clearing, demolition, earthwork, utilities and site grading. Further, specialty services include footing excavation, back-fill, provision of fill or disposal of excess material and pond dredging area, complimented by the availability, both company owned and leasing of heavy excavation equipment and trucks.

Olympic Square Mixed-Use Development (Gig Harbor) - Sloping site with on-site storm water detention and treatment plus City sewer service. Road, sidewalk and curb improvements on Olympic Drive.
Canyon Crossing Retail Center (Puyallup) - Sloping site leveled with underground grease interceptor
Northwest Kinetics (Tacoma) - Challenging old ravine fill site with fill depth ranging from 35-feet to 90 feet across building footprint. Site work includes over-excavation beneath building, 4.5-feet of compacted structural fill and 5-feet of soil preload for preliminary settlement over building area; screening operation of on-site soils; storm sewer system design & treatment under new stringent Tacoma/Ecology design standards. Parking area sub-grade stabilized with concrete soil amendments. Porous pavement design for portion of parking lot runoff. All City utilities brought to site.
Riverside Professional Building (Puyallup) -
Everwood Professional Plaza (University Place) - Sloping 1.5-acre site with 370-feet of high profile frontage on 40th Street. On-site wetlands, all public utilities to site. Site design coordination with City for future improvements to 40th Street. Commercial grinder pump sewer system design.
Venture Bank (Gig Harbor) -
Canterwood Division 12 (Gig Harbor) - Installation of community water service and STEP septic system, road construction, traffic islands and roundabout.
